In the Philippines, no physician has ever been punished for a job-related negligence. So, are they the most competent professionals in the country as far as job performance is concerned? I don't think so. There is just no law that would go after them.
I created this blog purposely against the irresponsible doctors. I would admit that I am not a fan of the modern medical industry as whole. But I must also admit that we have a lot of well-meaning doctors. But we can't also deny the fact that there are irresponsible ones.
